Returns Policy
Thank you for purchasing our products at nomaconcept.com.
If you are not satisfied with the size of the product that you have purchased from us, you can request a refund within ten (10) calendar days of your purchase.
The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and process your refund only if the desired size is not available. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Returns for size for total or partial refund are accepted only in case that we run out of stock and we are not able to send you the desired size in the specific item. All returns are at client’s expense. Shipment and return fees (where applicable) will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will appear on the client’s credit card statement within two billing cycles (may vary for different credit card companies). Shipment and return import fees will be deducted from the refund.
We encourage our customers to try the product as soon as you receive it to ensure it fits your needs.
Returned products:
- must be unaltered, undamaged, not used, washed or stained and must be returned in their initial state, with no signs of wear or tear.
- must have all the original tags and labels attached and be in their original and integral packaging.
- shoes must be tried on over a carpeted surface to prevent any scratches to the soles. All shoes must be returned in their original shoe box. Shoes returned without the original box, a damaged box, or with marked soles may not be accepted and will be returned to you.
- should be neatly packaged in order to ensure safe delivery.
We try to be flexible with our returns policy but please note that we monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your nomaconcept.com account.
